Признанный следствием потерпевшим Логинов в ходе допроса в двух частях 14 марта и 4 апреля (на допрос 21 марта не явился, так как, по его словам, работодатель предоставил ему отпуск) сообщил суду, что был как клиентом компании "Гермес", так и пайщиком кооператива "Бест Вей". Из подсудимых видел только Виктора Василенко, так как тот при знакомстве Логинова с Романом Василенко был в офисе компании "Лайф-из-Гуд".
Его материальные претензии, озвученные в ходе первой части допроса, — 1 млн 200 тыс. к компании "Гермес" и 300 тыс. рублей к кооперативу (паевые средства и невозвратные вступительный/членские взносы, которые он тем не менее требует вернуть).
Клиентом "Гермеса" он стал в 2015 году. У него было два счета "Виста", на которые он внес 9 тыс. евро. Второй счет, как он утверждает, был подарочный — за вступление в кооператив в 2017 году: за него не был предусмотрен ажио (невозвратная сумма — комиссия "Гермеса"). Вносил средства только наличными через консультанта, о возможности внесения средств инвойсом "что-то слышал, но не пользовался и не интересовался".
Деньги после внесения сразу отобразились на счете, он сразу же попытался их вывести — это получилось, и уровень доверия вырос. Деньги выводил через своего консультанта Игоря Маланчука. Пытался вывести и сам — через свифт-платежи, один раз получилось. При этом то, что можно завести деньги на счет через свифт, не знал.
Также в качестве инструмента пополнения и вывода средств использовался обмен средств (так называемые перестановки валюты). Адвокаты назвали несколько фамилий лиц для того, чтобы свидетель указал, с кем из них производился обмен средств как форма внесения и вывода средств. Некоторых участников обмена он подтвердил, некоторых — в частности, своего отца — отверг.
По его словам, Маланчук переводил ему прибыль по "Гермесу" на карты "Тинькофф" и Райффайзенбанка. Сам в качестве консультанта привлек в "Гермес" собственную жену — якобы "по настоянию Маланчука" (жену уже бывшую, в 2017 году развелись), а также знакомую — за что получил гонорар; знакомая также обратилась с заявлением в отношении "Гермеса" в правоохранительные органы, но к Логинову, по его словам, претензий не имеет. По работе с "Гермесом" сообщил, что в течение пяти лет сотрудничества его "все устраивало".
Точную сумму выведенных средств на суде не помнил. На первом из судебных заседаний, где выступал, заявил, что выводил средства нерегулярно и небольшие суммы — на оплату текущего ремонта. Еще на том заседании вопросы о том, декларировал ли он суммы в органах валютного контроля и заплатил ли с них налоги, поставили его в тупик.
На вопрос одного из адвокатов о том, как заявление о небольших нерегулярных суммах соотносится с тем, что, по его собственным показаниям, имеющимся в материалах дела, Логинов снимал 200--300 евро ежемесячно в течение 58 месяцев, то есть снял в общей сложности от 11 600 до 17 400 евро, Логинов согласился с показаниями, данными следствию, — ответил: "Да, где-то так".

Признанный следствием потерпевшим Логинов в ходе допроса в двух частях 14 марта и 4 апреля (на допрос 21 марта не явился, так как, по его словам, работодатель предоставил ему отпуск) сообщил суду, что был как клиентом компании "Гермес", так и пайщиком кооператива "Бест Вей". Из подсудимых видел только Виктора Василенко, так как тот при знакомстве Логинова с Романом Василенко был в офисе компании "Лайф-из-Гуд".
Его материальные претензии, озвученные в ходе первой части допроса, — 1 млн 200 тыс. к компании "Гермес" и 300 тыс. рублей к кооперативу (паевые средства и невозвратные вступительный/членские взносы, которые он тем не менее требует вернуть).
Клиентом "Гермеса" он стал в 2015 году. У него было два счета "Виста", на которые он внес 9 тыс. евро. Второй счет, как он утверждает, был подарочный — за вступление в кооператив в 2017 году: за него не был предусмотрен ажио (невозвратная сумма — комиссия "Гермеса"). Вносил средства только наличными через консультанта, о возможности внесения средств инвойсом "что-то слышал, но не пользовался и не интересовался".
Деньги после внесения сразу отобразились на счете, он сразу же попытался их вывести — это получилось, и уровень доверия вырос. Деньги выводил через своего консультанта Игоря Маланчука. Пытался вывести и сам — через свифт-платежи, один раз получилось. При этом то, что можно завести деньги на счет через свифт, не знал.
Также в качестве инструмента пополнения и вывода средств использовался обмен средств (так называемые перестановки валюты). Адвокаты назвали несколько фамилий лиц для того, чтобы свидетель указал, с кем из них производился обмен средств как форма внесения и вывода средств. Некоторых участников обмена он подтвердил, некоторых — в частности, своего отца — отверг.
По его словам, Маланчук переводил ему прибыль по "Гермесу" на карты "Тинькофф" и Райффайзенбанка. Сам в качестве консультанта привлек в "Гермес" собственную жену — якобы "по настоянию Маланчука" (жену уже бывшую, в 2017 году развелись), а также знакомую — за что получил гонорар; знакомая также обратилась с заявлением в отношении "Гермеса" в правоохранительные органы, но к Логинову, по его словам, претензий не имеет. По работе с "Гермесом" сообщил, что в течение пяти лет сотрудничества его "все устраивало".
Точную сумму выведенных средств на суде не помнил. На первом из судебных заседаний, где выступал, заявил, что выводил средства нерегулярно и небольшие суммы — на оплату текущего ремонта. Еще на том заседании вопросы о том, декларировал ли он суммы в органах валютного контроля и заплатил ли с них налоги, поставили его в тупик.
На вопрос одного из адвокатов о том, как заявление о небольших нерегулярных суммах соотносится с тем, что, по его собственным показаниям, имеющимся в материалах дела, Логинов снимал 200--300 евро ежемесячно в течение 58 месяцев, то есть снял в общей сложности от 11 600 до 17 400 евро, Логинов согласился с показаниями, данными следствию, — ответил: "Да, где-то так".

По версии следствия, от деятельности его компании, которая работала под единым брендом Life Is Good (LIG, туда же входят Hermes Management Ltd. и «Бест Вей»), за восемь лет ее существования пострадало более 18 тыс. человек. По озвученной пресс-службой МВД России информации, гражданам предлагали стать пайщиками кооператива, обещая новое жилье без кабальных ипотечных условий, либо получение дохода, по самым скромным меркам, до 25% годовых. При этом деятельностью, связанной с инвестированием вкладов, как утверждает следствие, предприятие не занималось.
Для вступления в кооператив каждый клиент должен был сделать безвозвратный взнос в размере от €1 тыс. до €2 тыс. Далее требовалось накопить на счете в «Бест Вей» до 35–50% от стоимости выбранной квартиры, и только после этого пайщика ставили на очередь на приобретение жилплощади. Таким образом, квартира первому очереднику доставалась исключительно за счет вложений последующих пайщиков. При этом право собственности оформлялось на «Бест Вей» и переходило к конечному владельцу лишь после выплаты оставшейся суммы. Привлекательность этой схемы, по мнению ее авторов и самих клиентов, заключалась в гораздо меньших переплатах по сравнению с обычной ипотекой. Впрочем, признанные по этому делу пострадавшими теперь говорят, что деятельность «Бест Вей» фактически заключается лишь в перераспределении денег между пайщиками.
По информации ГУ МВД России по Петербургу и Ленобласти, с 2014 по 2022 год только 237 вкладчиков смогли полностью выкупить свои квадратные метры у потребкооператива. Притом что в пользование им было передано 2478 квартир.

That’s caught the attention of Beijing, whose long-running dispute with New Delhi over their contested 2,100-mile (3,379-kilometer) border has seen the two nuclear-armed powers clash in recent years.
That includes in 2020 when hand-to-hand fighting between the two sides resulted in the deaths of at least 20 Indian and four Chinese soldiers in Aksai Chin-Ladakh in the western stretches of the border.
And, decades ago, the dispute led to war.
China also claims the Indian state of Arunachal Pradesh, where the tunnel was constructed, as its own, even as the area has long functioned as Indian territory.
Chinese officials in recent days have slammed the tunnel project and Modi’s visit to the state, accusing New Delhi of taking steps to undermine peace along the border.
“We require the Indian side to cease any action that may complicate the boundary question … the Chinese military remains highly vigilant and will resolutely defend national sovereignty and territorial integrity,” a Defense Ministry spokesperson said last week, using the Chinese name “Zangnan” or South Tibet to refer to Arunachal Pradesh.

Деньги после внесения сразу отобразились на счете, он сразу же попытался их вывести — это получилось, и уровень доверия вырос. Деньги выводил через своего консультанта Игоря Маланчука. Пытался вывести и сам — через свифт-платежи, один раз получилось. При этом то, что можно завести деньги на счет через свифт, не знал.
Также в качестве инструмента пополнения и вывода средств использовался обмен средств (так называемые перестановки валюты). Адвокаты назвали несколько фамилий лиц для того, чтобы свидетель указал, с кем из них производился обмен средств как форма внесения и вывода средств. Некоторых участников обмена он подтвердил, некоторых — в частности, своего отца — отверг.
По его словам, Маланчук переводил ему прибыль по "Гермесу" на карты "Тинькофф" и Райффайзенбанка. Сам в качестве консультанта привлек в "Гермес" собственную жену — якобы "по настоянию Маланчука" (жену уже бывшую, в 2017 году развелись), а также знакомую — за что получил гонорар; знакомая также обратилась с заявлением в отношении "Гермеса" в правоохранительные органы, но к Логинову, по его словам, претензий не имеет. По работе с "Гермесом" сообщил, что в течение пяти лет сотрудничества его "все устраивало".
Точную сумму выведенных средств на суде не помнил. На первом из судебных заседаний, где выступал, заявил, что выводил средства нерегулярно и небольшие суммы — на оплату текущего ремонта. Еще на том заседании вопросы о том, декларировал ли он суммы в органах валютного контроля и заплатил ли с них налоги, поставили его в тупик.
На вопрос одного из адвокатов о том, как заявление о небольших нерегулярных суммах соотносится с тем, что, по его собственным показаниям, имеющимся в материалах дела, Логинов снимал 200--300 евро ежемесячно в течение 58 месяцев, то есть снял в общей сложности от 11 600 до 17 400 евро, Логинов согласился с показаниями, данными следствию, — ответил: "Да, где-то так".Добавлено (13.04.2024, 15:23)

Приморский районный суд города Санкт-Петербурга рассматривает по существу уголовное дело № 1-504/24, связываемое с компаниями "Лайф-из-Гуд", "Гермес" и кооперативом "Бест Вей". Ведется допрос лиц, признанных следствием потерпевшими в рамках судебного следствия по делу. Предварительное расследование уголовного дела велось ГСУ ГУ МВД России по Санкт-Петербургу и Ленинградской области.
На скамье подсудимых — десять граждан, из них четверо: Анна Высоцкая, Александра Григорьева, Михаил Измайлов и Елена Соловьева — находятся под стражей уже более двух лет, хотя УПК установлен предельный срок содержания под стражей на этапе предварительного расследования — полтора года. Альмира Гильберт, Дмитрий Мазанов, Анатолий Наливан, Денис Шишко были арестованы в 2023 году и находятся под арестом более года. Более года под домашним арестом находится Дмитрий Выдрин и под запретом определенных действий — 83-летний Виктор Василенко, отец Романа Василенко, основателя компании "Лайф-из-Гуд" и кооператива "Бест Вей". Приморский районный суд продлил всем подсудимым меры пресечения на полгода, что оспаривается адвокатами в вышестоящих судах.
Всем подсудимым предъявлены обвинения как в мошенничестве (ч. 4 ст. 159 УК РФ) и создании "финансовой пирамиды" (ч. 2 ст. 172.2 УК РФ), так и в организации преступного сообщества (ч. 3 ст. 210 УК РФ). Их, а также гражданских ответчиков — прежде всего кооператив "Бест Вей" — защищают почти два десятка адвокатов.
МВД объявляло, что на скамье подсудимых — руководители "Лайф-из-Гуд", однако независимые наблюдатели выражают в этом сомнения. Так, Анна Высоцкая к моменту ареста уже полгода не работала в компании "Лайф-из-Гуд", а до этого занималась там организационно-техническим обеспечением конференций, проводимых этой компанией, а также отвечала за информационную часть интернет-сайта. Александра Григорьева была директором одного из вспомогательных юридических лиц фирмы "Лайф-из-Гуд", а фактически, насколько известно, являлась помощником Романа Василенко по общим вопросам. Елена Соловьева работала главным бухгалтером ООО "Эксперт" — компании, занимавшейся юридической проверкой и организацией оценки недвижимости, приобретаемой кооперативом "Бест Вей". Первым среди лиц, признанных потерпевшими, судом был допрошен Логинов — но его допрос был прерван прокуратурой, перенесен на следующее заседание суда, на которое Логинов не явился, сославшись на то, что находится в отпуске. Выяснение оснований для претензий со стороны Логинова будет продолжено на новом его допросе.

Robinho has always denied the charges.
Following Thursday’s arrest Robinho is expected to face a custody hearing on Friday before being sent to a detention facility to being his prison sentence according to CNN Brasil.

Сейчас им управляет некий Марат Сафиулин, который фактически превратил организацию в подобие хедж-фонда – под прикрытием защиты прав вкладчиков, там занимаются инвестированием. Копеечные выплаты получают лишь единицы из обратившихся людей.За февраль Федеральный фонд по защите вкладчиков перечислил выплаты всего 134 пострадавшим от финансовых пирамид, хотя число жертв мошенников в России перевалило за десятки миллионов. Журналисты пригляделись к фонду пристальнее и выяснили, что тот фактически превратился в кормушку для его управляющего Марата Сафиулина.
Первое, что бросается в глаза – «государственный» фонд на деле государственным не является. Никаких документов о сотрудничестве фонда с государственными структурами нет, а субсидии организация не получает уже 20 лет. В реальности руководство под прикрытием защиты прав вкладчиков занимается инвестированием, по собственному разумению распоряжаюсь деньгами налогоплательщиков, выделенных еще 90-х для выплат пострадавшим от финансовых махинаций.Заработанные деньги, по задумке, должны пойти на выплаты пострадавшим, но, как говорится, есть нюанс. Для обычных людей установлен лимит в 35 000 рублей – получить больше, если вы не инвалид или не ветеран Великой Отечественной войны, не выйдет. Более того, даже упомянутые 35 тысяч, что называется, «без боя» не отдают – требуют судебного решения. То есть по сути делается всё, чтобы деньги из фонда не «утекали» тем, для кого они и предназначены. Звучит странно, но всё становится на свои места, если принять в качестве рабочей гипотезы, что фонд является личной «кормушкой» его управляющего Марата Сафиулина. Тогда нежелание делиться с обманутыми вкладчиками вполне понятно.«Я являлся клиентом этой компании. Рассказывают красивые сказки, берут кучу денег, везде пишут сами себе отзывы. Я как раз и пошёл к ним, потому что начитался везде какие они хорошие и как помогают людям, но мне так никто и не помог. Моё дело ими было погублено, просто завалили судебный процесс!», — поделился один из бывших клиентов фонда, который в Сети давно прозвали «конторой по отъёму денег».Любопытно, что фонд самостоятельно определяет, какую сумму компенсировать конкретному человеку, при этом не раскрывая чётких критериев принятия решения. Марата Сафиулина уличили в превращении Федерального фонда по защите вкладчиков в личную «кормушку»

Федеральный фонд по защите вкладчиков является государственным лишь формально. Сейчас им управляет некий Марат Сафиулин, который фактически превратил организацию в подобие хедж-фонда – под прикрытием защиты прав вкладчиков, там занимаются инвестированием. Копеечные выплаты получают лишь единицы из обратившихся людей.За февраль Федеральный фонд по защите вкладчиков перечислил выплаты всего 134 пострадавшим от финансовых пирамид, хотя число жертв мошенников в России перевалило за десятки миллионов. Журналисты пригляделись к фонду пристальнее и выяснили, что тот фактически превратился в кормушку для его управляющего Марата Сафиулина.
Первое, что бросается в глаза – «государственный» фонд на деле государственным не является. Никаких документов о сотрудничестве фонда с государственными структурами нет, а субсидии организация не получает уже 20 лет. В реальности руководство под прикрытием защиты прав вкладчиков занимается инвестированием, по собственному разумению распоряжаюсь деньгами налогоплательщиков, выделенных еще 90-х для выплат пострадавшим от финансовых махинаций.Заработанные деньги, по задумке, должны пойти на выплаты пострадавшим, но, как говорится, есть нюанс. Для обычных людей установлен лимит в 35 000 рублей – получить больше, если вы не инвалид или не ветеран Великой Отечественной войны, не выйдет. Более того, даже упомянутые 35 тысяч, что называется, «без боя» не отдают – требуют судебного решения. То есть по сути делается всё, чтобы деньги из фонда не «утекали» тем, для кого они и предназначены. Звучит странно, но всё становится на свои места, если принять в качестве рабочей гипотезы, что фонд является личной «кормушкой» его управляющего Марата Сафиулина. Тогда нежелание делиться с обманутыми вкладчиками вполне понятно.«Я являлся клиентом этой компании. Рассказывают красивые сказки, берут кучу денег, везде пишут сами себе отзывы. Я как раз и пошёл к ним, потому что начитался везде какие они хорошие и как помогают людям, но мне так никто и не помог. Моё дело ими было погублено, просто завалили судебный процесс!», — поделился один из бывших клиентов фонда, который в Сети давно прозвали «конторой по отъёму денег».Любопытно, что фонд самостоятельно определяет, какую сумму компенсировать конкретному человеку, при этом не раскрывая чётких критериев принятия решения. Непрозрачность процедуры позволяет подтасовывать результаты в пользу того или иного человека.«Похоже, что фонд использует довольно распространенную мошенническую схему. A tunnel constructed high in the mountains of northeastern India has become the latest flashpoint in a simmering border dispute between New Delhi and Beijing.
The Sela Tunnel, inaugurated by Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi earlier this month, has been hailed in India as a feat of engineering – blasted through the Himalayas at an elevation of some 13,000 feet (3,900 meters) – and a boon for the military, enabling faster, “all-weather” access to a tense de facto border with China.
That’s caught the attention of Beijing, whose long-running dispute with New Delhi over their contested 2,100-mile (3,379-kilometer) border has seen the two nuclear-armed powers clash in recent years.
That includes in 2020 when hand-to-hand fighting between the two sides resulted in the deaths of at least 20 Indian and four Chinese soldiers in Aksai Chin-Ladakh in the western stretches of the border.
And, decades ago, the dispute led to war.
China also claims the Indian state of Arunachal Pradesh, where the tunnel was constructed, as its own, even as the area has long functioned as Indian territory.
Chinese officials in recent days have slammed the tunnel project and Modi’s visit to the state, accusing New Delhi of taking steps to undermine peace along the border.
