Как должно проводиться собрание членов ГСК???

| Меня(знаю что и не меня одного) как члена ГСК №15 ул.Лесная не устраивает, как проходит общее собрание.
Внешне похоже на базар, где столпилась кучка каких-то людей, которые покричали, а толку нет. Вопросы как были так и повисли в воздухе.
Покопавшись в интернете нашёл видео общего собрания чужого ГСК . Рекомендую посмотреть видео перейдя по ссылки(просто нажать на неё):http://gsk-147.ucoz.ru/board/ сравните с нашим собранием.
Основные принципы Общего собрания ГСК следующие:
1. Регистрация членов ГСК и присвоение номера(выдача номера), тем у кого нет долгов по взносам- именно они имею право голоса.
2. Назначение перед собранием секретаря, который в течение собрания ведёт-протокол собрания и подсчёт голосов.
3. Отчёт председателя ГСК и членов правления перед собранием.
4. Отчёт ревизионной комиссии по проверке всех дел и затрат, с подведением итогов.
5. Утверждение новых(либо продление полномочий предыдущих) Членов правления и выбор председателя голосованием членов ГСК допущенных к голосованию.
6. Предоставление плана будующих затрат и формирование членского взноса на следующий год- утверждение размера взносов общим собранием.
7. Доклады и размер утвержденного годового взноса оформляется , за подписью председателя и членов правления и вывешивается на Информационную доску.
